Responsibilities:

• Report to the Human Resource Manager

Major Focus (Takes up at least 80% of time)

• Recruitment (front-line warehouse operators, drivers, and deliveryman): inclusive of job post and hiring channel management, application screening, interview, hiring, onboarding, and reporting, etc

Other Responsibilities

• Performance: conduct performance appraisal and salary review
• Reporting: update and maintain proper HR records, such as attendance and leave, employee movement, work injury case, etc.
